We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to take ownership of our information security program.

Role overview

We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to take ownership of our information security program. The focus of the role will be to provide overall knowledge of security strategies, policies, processes, architecture and road maps to enable PRODA to meet its security requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsible for driving all info-sec governance, risk and compliance initiatives.
Lead and perform risk identification assessments
Work with control functions to monitor risk mitigation activities
Responsible for ensuring documentation and security policies are up to date
Develop, maintain and drive the implementation of an ISMS and other Information Security control measures
Support internal and external teams in due diligence activities to fulfil security and auditing requirements
Promote and drive awareness of Information Security and Data Protection within the business
Provide leadership and guidance to the business as an Information Security subject matter expert

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Industry recognised certification - CISM, CISA, ISO-27001 Lead Auditor/Implementor
Strong demonstratable working knowledge of SDLCs
Thorough understanding of various Information Security and Risk Assessment Frameworks
Thorough understanding and strong working knowledge of data protection and GDPR
Experience in developing, maintaining and implementing an ISMS
Experience of ISO27001 implementation and audits.
Strong communicator to ensure collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
