BlueOcean is a specialized blockchain platform for making fast payments and settlements in stablecoins – cryptocurrencies backed by real assets. Everyone who has assets can issue their own money (stablecoins) secured by these assets, and this money can be paid at the cash desks in retail, catering outlets, etc. BlueOcean is a platform for the implementation of large–scale lending with cryptocurrencies through asset tokenization mechanisms.

Scroll is a fully EVM-Equivalent zk-Rollup built to scale the Ethereum network. Our goal is to provide users with near instant and cost efficient transactions while also upholding the high security properties offered by the Ethereum network. Taiko Labs is building the Taiko ZK-EVM: a layer-2 blockchain that scales Ethereum in a manner that emulates Ethereum as closely as possible - both technically and non-technically. Taiko ZK-EVM is an Ethereum-equivalent ZK-Rollup, scaling Ethereum by supporting all EVM opcodes in a layer-2 architecture that is decentralized, permissionless, and secure.
