Hands on Tech Lead - React or C#

Responsibilities

This role involves a combination of hands-on work and team leadership. Approximately 60% of the time will be spent on hands-on tasks, while the remaining 40% will involve leading a team of 5 individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Director of Engineering to define the roadmap for the team
• Participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient project management
• Handling pull requests and code reviews to maintain code quality
