• BSc or MSc in IT, Economics, Maths, or Finance
• Experience in software implementation
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, Java, VB, or Perl
• Knowledge of XML and XSLT
• Experience with messaging protocols, ideally FIX or SWIFT
• Familiarity with network concepts such as WAN, LAN, and routing
• Understanding of database design principles
