Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and lead the charge in crafting exceptional user interfaces. If you possess an in-depth command of the React framework, a discerning eye for design, and a strong commitment to code quality, we want to hear from you. This role presents an opportunity to be a key member of our agile, cross-functional team of 5-7 professionals, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively within an agile framework, participating in the end-to-end application lifecycle.
• Engage with modern technologies and libraries within a microservices architecture to tackle intricate challenges.
• Work closely with backend developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing components with server-side logic.
• Produce immaculate, high-quality code, while also prototyping solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
• Develop automated tests to ensure robustness, meet business requirements, and facilitate regression testing.

Preferred Experience

• Proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality web applications using HTML5, CSS3/LESS/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6).
• Demonstrable proficiency in leading frontend web frameworks such as React, AngularJS, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience thriving in an Agile Software Development environment.
• Familiarity with containerized applications (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) on major Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Neo4j).

Valued Additions:

• Notable contributions to open-source projects within our tech-stack.
• Background in the Fintech sector, including the development of sophisticated payment solutions.
• Proficiency in UX design to complement technical expertise.
