The role involves the design, development, testing, and maintenance of a large software project. Strong backend engineering experience with TypeScript/Node.js is required, but we are also open to experience with other backend languages.
Experience with API implementation and utilization is necessary, including API design and overcoming challenges of remote systems - even as a personal project.
We are looking for individuals with experience in modern frontend development tools and libraries such as React. Exposure to and understanding of remote device software updating tools, such as Mender, is also beneficial. An understanding of the MQTT messaging protocol is a plus.
