3-5 years experience in Systems Analysis (including development of specs, data flow design, etc.)
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET
Experience with MVC 4 or newer
Working knowledge of SQL Server 2008 or newer
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of Design Patterns and Practices
Knowledge of EPiServer is a bonus
