Job Responsibilities

The Software Development Team Lead will have the following responsibilities:

• Leading software development teams
• Utilizing knowledge of C# or React
• Demonstrating strong experience with SQL
• Implementing source control, preferably Git
• Working in an Agile environment

Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

• Utilizing the latest versions of .NET
• Working with AI and Machine Learning technologies
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and associated frameworks
• Experience with Containers, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases
• Working with test tools like xUnit, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, or SoapUI

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• A degree in a STEM subject from a Russell Group or Red Brick University
• Prior experience leading software development teams
