Staff Engineer

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement end-to-end features across the entire stack, from database design to React components.
Own critical infrastructure decisions that will scale as our user base grows.
Lead by example, mentoring others.

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in multiple programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Go, Rust)
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture
• Mastery of modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js) and state management
• Expert in database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration

Collaboration:

Work closely with executives on product vision and technical roadmap.
