We’re Hiring: Senior/Lead Developer

We're in search of an experienced Senior/Lead Developer to join our Resident Experience product team. Your primary role will involve designing and developing our Resident Engagement products, a crucial component of our suite of solutions. These products are designed to enhance the quality of life for residents in care through meaningful interactions.

Bonus points will be awarded for candidates with experience in the following technologies:

• Flutter
• Blazor
• Angular
• React
• Microservices
• SaaS platforms
• Azure services (Functions, Service Bus)
• GitLab CI/CD
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Azure App Insights)

Candidates should possess proven experience in:

• Vue 3
• Node.js
• Google Cloud
• Firebase
• TypeScript
• MongoDB

Additionally, ideal candidates will have:

• Strong architecture and system design skills
• Full-stack development experience covering both frontend and backend
• A solid understanding of software development best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in working with distributed teams
